Shipping policy

Felix BPM Counter: free shipping within the United States.

Every unit is assembled by hand in Massachusetts after you order it. Allow 4 to 6 weeks from order to shipment. You'll receive tracking the day it leaves.

Each unit ships insured and packed for glass. Someone should be available to receive it.

Apparel and merchandise: printed to order. Allow about a week for production plus transit. Merchandise ships separately from hardware, so an order containing both will arrive in two shipments.

We currently ship within the United States only.
