Refund policy

30-day returns, and we pay return shipping.

If the Felix BPM Counter isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once the unit arrives back with us and has been inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We ask two things: return it in its original packaging, and in the condition it reached you. The box it arrives in is designed to protect glass tubes and a wood enclosure, so please reuse it.

If a unit arrives damaged or defective, that's on us. Email us and we'll make it right, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

Apparel and merchandise are printed to order. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days. Because each piece is made individually, we can't accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
